KUALA LUMPUR: UEM Edgenta Bhd is buying a 60 per cent stake in UAE-based Kaizen Group for 43.2 million dirham (about RM55.1million).
In its filing with Bursa Malaysia today, the company said its indirect wholly-owned subsidiary Edgenta International Investments LLC had on Dec 2 entered into a sale and purchase agreement and shareholders’ agreement with NW Kaizen Holdings Ltd for the acquisition.
